If you provide similar air and water flow to the radiator it should provide similar cooling for the WD 45 in terms of horse power. Note the Honda would have used a pressurized cap and this should be retained to prevent boiling. Boiling over is harmless if you catch the fluid however localized boiling inside the engine can cause hot spots and promote detonation.   [Reply]  [No Email]

My motor isn't crazy but it's more that stock and that's a lot more that your wd. I figure that the aluminum radiator water pump and fan has to cool way better than my stock unit, if it runs too hot I will put two fans on it.
