Topic: Can an oliver 1650 make 5500 lbs.

Does anyone have any pictures of a 1650 oliver in 5500lbs class? Can it be done without a truckfull of aluminum? Looking at a V8 option and using a component chassis, so I would think it would be attainable. But hate to start building and then come up short.Thanks |

|  Back in the mid 1970's this 1650 Oliver SS from Bethany,MO used to weigh in at 5200 lbs with several weights on.. Theres a 2255 Oliver about 100 miles from me with a 1650 rear that weighs in at 6000 lbs.. |
