Keep a roll of masking tape handy when painting that way if you get a run while it's fresh lift it off with the tape and then repaint. Just rip off a piece of tape and gently stick it onto the run and it lifts it off. Too late for you now but remember for next time.

Let the paint dry, then use a straight edge razor blade to scrape the run until smooth. then buff or repaint. if you try to sand it out, you will remove all the paint around it before the run is gone.

Wait till it dries then either sand the run down or carefully cut it off and sand smooth. You will have to reshoot the panel/part. No way to buff it out.
