Well i went to a show today featureing silverking tractors,only problem was only one showed up.Looked like no one had done anything. |

| Never saw but one or two Silverkings in our part of the country. But there must still be a few of the things left that are worth fixing up. Kinda a shame, ain't it? Hadn't thought of that name in quite some time. Never even knew who built them. |

| | As I remember, the Silver King was built by the Fate-Root-Heath Company of Plymouth, Ohio. If I remember again, I think there was a Plymouth tractor built by the same company, but a naming problem cropped up with Chrysler Corp. If I didn't remember right, I hope someone who reads this post will correct me. The older I get, the more things I remember but then I start wondering if they really happened...LOL! Stan |
