What oil filter base do you have, aluminum or cast iron? The older aluminum bases had a habit of the stem that goes in the filter would come out of the base. Behind that stem is a restrictor disk with a small hole in it. It would become lost. If that disk is missing you will have low oil pressure as well. |

| may I ask if you know the size of that hole , I pulled the oil filter yesterday and the stem and that restrictor were missing on a super 55 |

| Would have to check Fleetline srevice manual but .062" is what I remember. |
