My 3pt has lost power and cannot lift a round bale of hay. I have noticed I am loosing hydraulic fluid from the rear of the tractor. It looks like it is leaking from the bottom of the plate that the top link attaches to. Is it as simple as removing the plate (4bolts) and replacing a gasket? |

| There is no gasket there. It sounds to me like your 3 point lift arm adjustment did not have the proper free travel and now has pushed the gasket out + this caused the relief valve to"blow" causing damage to the hydraulic pump. |

| | Thanks John. This doesn"t sound like it"s something I"d be able to check/fix. I guess I"ll have to haul the tractor to the old Oliver dealer 50 miles away and pay them the $85 an hour to work on it. Are these hydraulic units still available or can they be easily rebuilt bu a qualified mechanic? Thanks |

| Before I would do that I would make a few checks and if the unit needs to come off at least take the unit off, You can save yourself $500. Do you have a pressure gauge (2000 PSI or better) How about a phone number? |
