Have two 1850 series desiel oliver tractors with the over-under intermediate transmission. Both transmissions have lost their low under and overdrive features. Is the any possibility I could trade a new autographed "Santa's Reindeer Hay" story book for the manual copied pages dealing with the teardown and rebuilding these hydralic transmisions.

| | That sounds like a deal! I have 2 versions that are available in PDF format complete with highlighted notes for tests and procedures. One is the original that came from the 3 spd chapter in the Oliver service manual. The other is the I&T version which is nice because it includes all the different updates with details through the years. I like it because all the excessive language that Oliver uses is eliminated and cuts to the bare facts. Let me know if your interested. Like John mentioned, it looks like you'll need sprag clutches and a couple of gasket sets for a start. If you are going with Ag-Co parts (recommended) get a grip on your jaw to keep it off the floor when the price is quoted. |

| If the low range is out the sprag clutch is out. Have you checked the pressures on the direct drive & the overdrive clutches? |
