Can any one tell me if it is possible to swap out the two speed shift for a three speed on a 1750. I have a vibration, but it could be an alignment issue. I had the engine out to change th input shaft bearing. The main reason for asking is that I don't like the downhill coasting. |

going to a 3 speed will change ground speeds and will give you a little more mph in road gear

A guy selling used Oliver parts told me that if my 1650 2 sp needed repair, it wouldn't cost me much more to change to a 3sp. IDK, I didn't try it.

3 speed will fit. you will need oil cooler. and lines to go from over- under to in front raidator. you need different shift lever. low side still free wheels.

would the three speed give me more selection of ground speed ie a little faster or slower? Or would the cost of replacing not be justified for only a minor difference.
