was wondering if any one can help with info on the 1800a in the may june 2010 hart parr oliver collector mag.The tractor is silver with a black grille and is on page 37.why the diffrent colors? thanks |

| I see which one you mean. The caption says little is known about it. How do you know it's silver though from a black and white picture? For some reason I thought it might be gold for some golden demonstrator or something. Maybe right about the silver though. Weren't they celebrating the silver (25th) anniversary of the six cylinder Olivers? |

| I am taking A wild gess on the color I belive Im the owner of this tractor.My tractor was built on dec 15 1960 five days from date on the pic and clearly was silver from the factory it showes no sing of green paint. Under the silver is the yellow primer it also had a black grille before someone painted it clover white.This tractor is an 1800a gas no hydra power.Im wating on A build card hope to have some more info in a week or two.thank you |

| It'd be real interesting if you could let us know what it says on the build card. There has to be some reason for it being the way it was,or is. |

| I will certenly let you know I almost cant wait to see it myself.My plan was to parts this tractor and install the rear in my 1900a might be BIG change of plans dont want to count my chickens before they hatch though. |
