My father just purchased a Oliver 550, I believe it is a super, and it runs on gas. How do you check/add the fluid level in the rear axle? And what fluid is recommended? Any help would be much a appreciated, thanks. |

| Fluid level for the transmission final drive is checked by removing a 3/8 inch pipe plug to the right of the PTO shaft. There are several drain plugs. 5 gallon of 80W-90 gear oil would be the capacity. There is no super 550. Only Super 55 models. |
