| On my 2255 I was not getting any warm air as well. I discovered I was not getting enough of the air to flow through the heater core. I used some alluminum tape and sealed up around the core, now all air that the fan draws in come through the core. The heater will runn you out of the cab now unless you cut the temp or fan speed down. Hope this helps, Stu. |

| I just lowered the hinged cover. There should have been some foam around the core to seal it, but was long gone. If I rember correctly, there was about an inch gap around the core. I also taped up around the collant lie holes. Also check your damper(located in fromt of the cabin filter), you can adjust it to recycle air from the cab or to draw in outside air. Recycled air will be warmer than outside air making the heater more effective. Hope this helps, Stu. |
