Try moving the lever under the seat from the "draft control" mode to the "position control" mode. There may be a problem with internal linkage that prevents one mode from functioning but allows the other to work OK. My NAA (Jubilee) will lift in position control but not in draft control.....someday I will trouble-shoot and fix it , but for now we get along in the mode that works. If neither mode will allow the lift to function, you either need to find an expert or get the service manuals and prepare for an adventure in learning within the bowels of your hydraulic system.
