I never had the tractor running with the old gauge in it. The original gauge was full of oil. The first new one had the fitting for the line offset toward the bottom of the gauge. The next new one is the one on it now and it's leaked from the get go. I cleaned the flair with an old rifle bore brush and didn't see any cracks. Gonna have to wait for a warmer day than the one I got now, though.
