I reused it and it works pretty darn good. The blade touches the ground after 6 hours - that's good enough for me. If it chews up the oring and needs it again in a few years I will put In a new one. It shouldn't as I have bigger tractors to work with - that is just the yard tractor. [Reply]  [No Email]

These run the full length of the cylinder stroke and the o-ring on the piston won't seal correctly. I bit the bullet and bought a new cylinder and I have been happy. I would suggest that you get a new one as well and enjoy the better performing lift after you are done. [Reply]  [No Email]
