While I don't remember all the things I tried as I look at your picture, if the cast piece on the right was bent then the distance between where that attaches and the pin on square block on the left would be longer... Affecting the ability to adjust it. I am not able to get to all my notes and pictures right now.. But that is what Zane and I figured out after I got his jig and still could not adjust it. I remember it did not make sense to Zane and he advised me to look for bent linkage.
