I just coated my gas tank with Bill Hirsch tank sealer, I had a pin hole in the bottom , 1st coat the liquid squirted out the pin hole & the tank vent. 2nd coat not a drop came out either, is there a way to clear the vent? or do I have to vent the cap? If I got to vent the cap, what is the best way to do that?By the way , this is the tractor I got in the early summer , had not been run for 26 years , but when I look in the tank, it looked as if it had been boiled clean and the hole soldered, no rust in the tank. | | I just finished painting the tank silver and drilled a hole in the same place it was with a 1/16 drill, looks good. When it warms up I will re-install the tank. Stan 9N 222933 2N with 8N motor 8N345567 8N 146710 8N 179555 8N 197904 8N 199000 8N 254079 8N 362039 |

| Drill a small hole in the old cap and install a cotter key in the hole and bend the ends. |
