Dell (WA) 01-10-2013 23:53:56 71.217.23.84 Report to Moderator	Mopower.........here we go again. The original N-Gray would change color from 8AM Monday to 5PM Friday. It was the "cheapest" paint Ford could find and keep the rust away. Variously called; industrial gray, machine gray, battleship gray, forest gray. (gitt the idea???) I'm told when Harry and Henry split the blanket; Harry got the "formula" for N-Gray along with the original 9N drawings, so Ferguson Gray is as "close" to original as yer gonnna gitt. The ONLY time to worry about "matching" gray, is when yer doin' body work on the sheetmetal. Me? I'd repaint the whole hood again, probably use a paint roller, 'stedda' spray pot. Surprizingly enuff, castiron don't show miss-matches. .......its yer tractor, paint it enny color that pleases you ........Dell yer 20-20 painter (looks good at 20ft or 20mph) [Reply]   [No Email]
