| VERY possible, I can't imagine how water got in there, but its something I did not consider. I already let about a quart of gas drain out of the bottom 7/16 bolt this morning. How would I test for water? Would draining the carb to a Glass jar be enough to show anything? The tank is full (minus the quart). |

| John, to test for water. Put 1/2 cup of the fuel in a glass measuring cup. Add 1/4 cup water. Let the cup stand for a while. The water will settle to the bottom of the cup. If there is more than 1/4 cup at the bottom, the extra was in the fuel to start with. |
