For some reason the water level in my radiator keeps getting low. not real low.I think. I check it before I drive the tractor(1951 8n)and make sure the level is just above the tube openings. Where oh where did the water go?? |

| Could be a number of problems. I'll start at the cheap and work on to the oh no stuff. #1 small leak at one of the hose connections. #2 a pin hole in a hose. #3 a water pump heading south on you #4 a small hole in the radiator and #5 the head gasket has a leak |

I'll add #6...internal crack in block. Check oil for dirty chocolate milk look as said earlier. Water level goes down and oil level goes up may mean crack in the water jacket. |

| possibly out the exhaust..head gasket..check the cylinder compression ..spark plugs can be steamed cleaned..surely you checked the oil..gets milky with water |
