Forum Members, I need to know the best way to release tension on the governor's spring? The governor does not back off as it should. Does the spring's tension have a lot to do with the governor backing off the carb? I have attempted to loosen the spring and it is still not as it should be. Any info is appreciated! Mr. T. | Being you're from MN I first thought you were talking about that goofy Mark Dayton. I'm not much satisfied with him either. |
