12V Conversion Kit

I got the 12V conversion kit from my 1952 8N and the instructions for mounting the alternator aren't working so well for me. If anyone has pictures of their installation or at least knows how the brackets go on I would really appreciate the help.
The brackets just never seem to be just right so that they are straight or allow the alternator to move for adjusting the belt.

The picture worked and I've got the alternator installed. I'm a little concerned that it might not be true. From some angles it looks like the alternator might be slightly crooked but the belt seems to be straight.
