12 Volt conversion, best place to buy headlights?

Sure seems like headlights are expensive for 12 volt lights.

Even on E-bay, cheapest price $45 per each.

Any advice?

Ron.......surprizingly enuff, the 12V sealed beam glass headlite bulbs are available at NAPA. Try GE-4419. Have NAPA cross-reference that GE part number to what they have in stock. Usually $10 (cheap) .......Dell

if you have the buckets.. you can get the elements for as low as 5$.. if you need buckets.. ditto what the others said. sometimes you can find rubber cased 'lamp assy's' for less than 10$
