I have a severe Hydraulic leak where the lines attach to the pump. This is the new piston type pump and lines.
Does anyone know the "O" ring sizes I will need to replace them.
53 Jubilee
TIA
Jim

Jim:

Experience has taught me to use only genuine CNH O-rings (in CNH packaging) in this application. Two of the 4 O-rings (one on each end of the hydraulic manifold) are square cut.

Use of an O-ring of the improper thickness, improper positioning of the O-ring and/or overtightening of the manifold nuts/bolts can result in a cracked manifold flange.

I just replaced all of the o'rings from manifold to pump on my Jubilee. I had quadrings instead on o'rings on manifold to pump connection. If you want the o'ring size and part number, go to the New Holand web site, parts, NAA. They have the o'rings and or quadrings. Good luck.

This works for me,,, thanks to the chines everyone can afford a O-rang kit

never worked on a vane pump set up ,,, all others with the piston pump have used this O-Rang set up at the pump,,, works for me,,, I also have the CNH O-rangs,,, same as the over the counter hardware o-rangs.
