After a little more inspection, has new coil, new regulator, new ignition switch with a missing key lol, and a rebuilt generator that i was told didn"t work but it does, my problem now is the starter button does not work, does the key have to be on? initially i thought the battery was dead but the lights burn brightly we bypassed the switch and pulled it off with the to-30, runs, smokes like the deville but least it ran.

| The starter should crank with the key off-is it in neutral? Safety switch.
