As of this evening we have had nearly 18-20" of that white stuff! I plowed yesterday evening. This morning I couldn't even tell I had plowed! I plowed again this afternoon and the wind is causing drifts again! I guess I'll have to plow again in the morning. It is supposed to quit snowing anytime now. I have several 4'-5' drifts around the house.Any of you Southern Boys can come up and play if you want! lol Danny |

| old said: (quoted from post at 22:38:14 10/29/09) Well your problem is sort of like the one I have. I need to grade my driveway but since it has not stopped raining in a week or more I figure I'll wait till it stops then grade it and save a few buck. I figure why go out and work on it just to have mother nature destroy all my work so I'll wait so I can do it once and save a few $$ |
Like you, mine is going to have to fix my drive as well. My drive has a wash rut in the middle almost a foot wide in some places and potholes and slide spots, along with my gravel that has been washed out on to the road. But I still have not started mine yet as I have just rebuilt the motor. Give me another day or so and she should be running on all 4 cylinders!!!!

Global Warming,,, right! Redistribution of moisture maybe! Waiting for the Glacier to form!
3 day plow..... Interesting for this time of year..... Get ready!

I heard 30".
I wouldn't have no use for that if you gave me the whole dayum county.
I'd stay here and sell it.
And I think a lot more of that place than I do NY. |
