Looks like I'm finally going to get some time to getting around to painting the RTU. I took it up to the car wash and cleaned it up with degreaser and hot water. I ran it off the trailer and found a few leaks. The one that looks the worst is 80/90 dripping out of the hole under the [for lack of a better word torque tube] under the beltpully housing. I guess I'm resigned to splitting the tractor. Just wondering what I'm up against once I split the tractor. I'm assuming the seal for the transmission input shaft is leaking. Also there is some gear grease leaking around both flanges on the axles where it bolts up to the differential. I'm really not to excited about pulling the axle housings off. I think I can live with a little leak. Any advice would be appreciated! Oh, it's a 1945 model. It runs good and has 25 lbs oil pressure. I don't plan on using it for hard work just puttsing around with it.
