| 6.125 by 7.75 makes 913 cid. 800 parts are the only possible way to make that combo work. I have been itching to make one of these and if you got the money, I've got the time. Even with these inefficient old bastards taking around three cubes to make a horsepower that is still a pretty good ride. Past that a person needs to be building a LSS or LLSS. |

| If you are looking for a crank, I have one 7.625" I have not decided if I am gonna use it or not.... I might stay at 7.00-7.25...
It was welded by Jeff @ Stamm Equipment, and never used. Now for the bad news... It will need to be re ground as it was set up for U rods which will not work!!! Would have to do a custom rod... Give me an email address if interested, can send some pics too... This crank cost $2500 originally! |

| $2500 for that crank? Sounds like you got screwed. I had one welded up and turned for about half that much. |

| MMU where can you get a crank stroked 1.625" for $1200? Is it still together?
Is it a backyard weld job? Bobby Hinton told me about a hack shop that are just welding blocks on to the journals and grinding them down and out the door they go! They do not last long
I did not have this crank done... It was another puller that had it done never put it together and lost interest, his loss my gain!!
I do know that around my area, guys are getting over $100 for every 0.100" of stroke added, 1 shop will not even quote it, it is a flat rate $80 until it is done... |

| MM heads will not flow enough to feed a 900 cid 4 cylinder motor. 1000 cid is a total waste of money unlees your main goal is to brag on how big your motor is. |

| I am gathering parts for a 5.50" bore X 7.625" stroke, Jeff G. Is putting the 800 jugs on a 670 crank case for me. Real good guy to talk to.
I would say this is an average build... Some smaller and some a lot bigger!!

| How big is directly related to the depth of your pockets. 900 cid is pretty big. Jeff |
