I just want to say something for the MM fraternity and the people who keep alive the MM tradition I see on here restorations that only loving care could reproduce and sometimes look good or better than the original I have a 335 bought from a farmer who looked at me with a jaundice eye and quipped you dont know anything about tractors well from a sad case to a working farm tractor ,its not pretty but with a little bit more money ,I goggle at your workshops and equipment ,from what I know MM amalgamted with a foundry in the early years and produced what I believe has superior metal castings and well worth the effort to restore in my opinion not for pulling oops, but for parade or field work ,back up,excellent ,a great tradition of the agricultural industry.and made in the U.S.A. |

| Questions about value come up alot. I looked at your original post, and frankly you made it very hard to answer. Location is always helpful. A more accurate year would be helpful. A photo would speak volumes. Was it an RTU, an RTE, an RTS, an RCAB? The value could be $100.00 to $10,000. I watch what's happening on eBay a lot. Gives you a feel for it. This is not the only MM forum either. I enjoy and use both. Frankly, I see a lot more sarcastic posts on this one. Just my 2 cents. |

| | Again, a picture is worth volumes. I have a commitment from someone to buy my '50 RTU that has an "N" front on it fo $1500.00. I have included a "U" pedestal and wheels in the purchae, along with other parts. It depends a lot on how much you want it. You offer, and they accept or decline. That's how a price generally gets established............ Mine runs and has been shedded for the last 15 years. |

| If someone laughs, shakes their head and gives you the look, especially your wife you got a good start. It gives you more determanation. My wife has shook her head and mocked me so much over the past 5 years it has almost cured the arthritus in her neck. She made so much fun of my MM plow that I was ten ft. tall when I came home with a gorgeous trophy for best quality plowing job out of 28 at the plowing day. |
