Nice looking tractor. Where did you get your muffler and seat cushions? Did the muffler quiet it down much. I have a M602 that I want to have nice looking like that. What size tires are you running? Both front and back seem a little big which on a tractor that size it sure would not hurt anything.I put 6.5-16 on mine which with a wide front anything fits fine but I have a narrow front that fits the 602 and anything bigger than 6.00-16 rubs.I thought these tractors were a beast to drive but after rebuilding the wide front and good tune up they are as good as it gets. cleddy |

| | The tires were on it when I bought the tractor (I paid about what the tires are worth). I'll check the size next time I go to the farm and I'll take a few more pictures. The seat cushions were custom done at a local upholstery shop. I think the muffler came from the local farm & home store (Orscheln's in this neck of the woods) and it is still pretty loud. I like the idea one fellow hadd in adapting a JD 4020 muffler to fit, but I just don't know if I could get used to looking at that big black thing.... |
