What are the titles of some good books about the various MM tractors and equipment. Where can you purchase them? Is there a must read book like Swinford's book on Allis equipment?

| Minneapolis-Moline Farm Tractors by Chester Peterson (Hard Cover 2000). I believe it is currently out of print and to get a second hand copy seems pretty pricy. There are a few on eBay, Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
