I have a 705 that I am going to put a Hd800 in to pull with. I have the rear end apart and need a bull gear and a bullpinion gear and also a bullpinion housing ,the bull gear is the fine spline, also need ideas on tying bull to bullpinion so they will stand the motor.

I wouldn't worry about the rearend. Moline put alot of iron in those old tractors. I ran an 800 in G6 and didn't have any issues.

We got the G-6 down to 5500, but it was bare bone at that weight. Lighter channel iron frame, narrow front off of a 66 oliver, all homemade sheetmetal. We ran 18.4x38 tires and could run 4th gear in the 5500 and 3rd in the 6500. The engine was just a regular 800 with 4217 heads and the smaller manifolds and a LP carb that came with it. The next one will be an HD 800 with 4229 heads and a stromberg 7 carb. Probably won't do the narrow front on this one, just pull 6500 and up. But thats next winters project.
