singlefrontwheel 11-04-2009 14:54:32 67.174.139.3 50135 Report to Moderator	I have a pile of transmission gears from an M5 and a 5 star. I want to put the trans back together. What I need is the tooth count and the part number for the 4th gears. I think the 5 star gears are 24 and 42 teeth, but I have another set that is 25 and 41, so I'm not sure which is which..thanks... I need help!! in reply to singlefrontwheel, 11-04-2009 14:54:32   According to my calculator 24/42 is a 1.75 ratio and 25/41 is a 1.64 ratio if that helps any. Not much difference or if going the other way the 41/25 is a 0.61 ratio and the 42/24 comes out as 0.57 ratio. Bryce :roll: :)   [Reply]   [No Email]
