Diesel Fuel filters

I'm ordering fuel filters for my Massey 65 diesel and I'm trying to figure out if I have two filters or just one? Mt tractor has the style like the ones in the picture below. I'm pretty sure that the one on the left is the cartridge style but the one on the right I'm unfamiliar with (is there even a filter element I need to change in there?). Does that housing use the same filter as the one on the left? I only see part numbers for one type of cartridge but it looks like the filter housings are different... Any help is appreciated.

My 205 industrial had the same setup. The filters are different I believe. I got replacements at NAPA. That was a while ago. I replaced mine with one of the new type used on later tractors with the glass bowl on the bottom. I see no need for 2 filters if you keep it clean.

not familiar with the 65, what you have are cartridge type filters primary and secondary almost all the older model diesels have them, I prefer the 2 filter set up cartridge or spin on 10 to 1 over single filters, consider the cost of an injector pump and injectors over the cost of 1 extra filter over the life of the equip.contaminants in fuel are probably the #1 enemy of an injection system
