Hello fellas to start off with i am not really into massey harris too much, had a few over the years 44's 33's etc.. but i have stumbled into a couple tractors that i think are relatively rare? and i am looking into buying them and the owner wants me to shoot him a reasonable offer so im looking for some ideas. It is a PAIR of Massey 555 LP tractors, one is loose and the other one i didnt check but assume it is as well. it looks like all of the chrome pieces are on both of them, owner said they ran few years ago fine, full of antifreeze, clean oil, tires are fair on both but not great by any means. i did not get the serial numbers off of the tractors but will soon if i can get a reasonable deal. these appear to be fairly decent original tractors that arent all beat up and decent condition. I greatly appreciate all information i can get on the pair of tractors. thank you |

| well for starters, they made few 555s less than 4000 altogether. and LP is certainly the least common fuel. that being said, the LP pistons are impossible to find and therefore outrageous if you need to buy them. buy them for sure, but leave yourself room to work on them. |
