AGCO still offered them for the 33 (and I'm almost certain the 44's are the same) a few years back, but very pricey.. I think they were something like $30 when I bought mine.. But was a very nice fit.. Came with the gasket and all (which when you buy a thermostat for a car, etc. you usually have to buy it all separate).
Kessels may be cheaper, and they are very good people to deal with.. all of my rubber parts for my 33 came from them, as well as a few other misc. items.
You can also make one from a small block Chevy work by cutting a piece of pipe that will hold it tight in the top of the neck, but will sit on the head surface when the neck is installed, and cut a slot in the pipe for the bypass.. I saw a friend do it for one of his restos, but i did not take notes on exactly how he did it.
