I HAVE A 1080 DSL TRACTOR THE PTO WONT QUIT TURNING ALSO the power steering is slow/ sluggish and where does the tach/hour meter drive from? I bought this for a fixer upper Thanks for any help joe.

| PTO brake may be worn or damaged, or clutch pack may have burned/warped plates, even a good brake won't stop a drum with warped plates. Power steering pump may be worn with low pressure and flow. Tach drive can be at timing cover with a 90 degree gearbox in front of cam gear, or may be driven at back of alternator.
