how do you messure a tractor tire is the above
13 in wide

28 in rim

| Measure why?? That is a common 13.6X28 tire old number would be 12X28
|

| Old number would be 13.6 (12) x 28. 13.6" wide tire on 12" wide rim, 28" in diameter.

| 13.6 is a 12 in. wide and 28 is rim size the ply rating is not in the size it is stamped on the side with the load rating
