| Yeah Ive got a horse drawn massey harris sickle mower with steel wheels. From what I can understand it was probably made in the 40s. |

| No i don't have one but i know a guy that has 4 or 5 of them but they don't have steel wheels and i was just wondering if they were ever made with steel wheels? |

| I 'think' these were made from the 1870's into the 1920's without much change, then rubber tires were an option, till the 2nd world war, then steel was back, but horse drawn stuff wasn't a good market after that. You and Raham have to find horse drawn farming websites.... There is an 'implement alley' forum on YT here.. worse that can happen is ya get picked on... |
