The mfg web site says min. 30 hp max 40 hp. I don't like to run over unblown snow, it's 5 1/2' to the outside of my rear tires. Thanks for your input! [Reply]   [No Email]

Now that I am further south and closer to the ocean, the snow falls wet and thick, and the blower is useless as designed, it just pushing the muck along like a mechanized blade. I find a loader with wide bucket gets me cleaned out fast, then a scraper blade finishes up. Use a blower here, and it would all melt before I could finish job. [Reply]  [No Email]

I want to put on a brush guard/bumper and also be able to attach weights to it. I'm thinking 100 lbs weight to balance the load. [Reply]  [No Email]
to_many_irons 11-09-2012 20:11:21 24.224.192.21 Report to Moderator	Re: snowblower for mf35 in reply to john in the highlands, 11-09-2012 09:34:49   i got 7 foot blower on a 202 . i take my 28 inch tires of and put 24 on to slow her down . there just cross chains on the rears tires will be loaded for this winter . there is a loader on her so the front end is not light . the only thing there is no cab . it worked good . there will be no carbon build up . Low Reverse is ideal for snow blower on the MF's. Do NOT travel at road speed with the blower on if the front end is light..you don't have normal steering grip, especially on snow/ice. The 50 has a heaver front end than the 35 so your steering may get a bit light with the blower raised. Dan [Reply]  [No Email]
