willowbk 09-03-2012 18:49:42 24.151.80.221 Report to Moderator	hey guys have mf 65 highcrop w/ g176 gas, found small green leak on floor under inspection cover area. removed inspection cover found inside(top) of cover was wet and seemed damp inside inspection/clutch area. the threads holding cover definetly where wet where fluid seeped down. very little amount of total fluid but still shouldnt be any. i have seen it wet slightly up around backside of head closer to steering wheel. the motor was rebuilt 4 or 5 years ago as well as rest of tractor and havent had any other issues. any thoughts? tractor is always kept inside w/ heated garage. scott [Reply]   [No Email]

You better hope there isn't a freeze plug behind the flywheel! It must be one on the back of the head, which is almost as bad to repair, or the head needs retorquing, either way, a look with a mirror or inspection camera, or just leave a dry paper towel on the bell housing and see if it is atleast topside.
