Does anyone sell good repro front grilles or has anyone any good originals for sale?

That Perkins diesel is a fine engine. Mine has many hours on it but sure runs nice. See it in action hauling hay bales last fall in this video. '

I use it all winter to feed the bales.

Sam, are you buying it "sight unseen"? I saw one for sale at Glamis Extravaganza the other week, first time I"d seen one, it had the Perkins 300 engine, a bit scruffy but with decent back wheels on it would look awsomely like a 65 on steriods. Cheers, Ali

Ali, this one was on fleabay, and real cheap. I have it bought but he is evading the issue when I ask if the lift works! Guess what that means? This one was in Cheffins Harrogate sale in Aug 2010 but not sold. It looks quite straight in photos but the front axle looks to be lying backwards, maybe a bit of bushing work needing done. If I do get it home then there will be 2 super 90s in Ireland!

Over looked and under rated, Su 90's are very good tractors. I would be wary of one with multi power. MP parts can be had but are scarce. No reproduction grills but salvage ones show up on ebay from time to time. I have 3 90's all diesels 1 standard 2 high arch 2 with multi power.

One weakness on the Super 90 that I found , after buying it, is the little hydrualic pump that runs the power steering and keeps the pto engaged. If it is weak you will have steering but the pto will stop or slip whenever you turn the steering wheel. I haven't replaced the pump on mine yet but then I don't use it on pto jobs.
