I have a MF 204 industrial. Very sound tractor, strong 3 point but I think my hydralever needs adjustment (if it's possible). When the lever is in top position (transport) it the arms don't go all the way up. However, when I move the lever all the way down (slow response) the arms go all the way up. It doesn't matter where the draft control lever is positioned, I get the same outcome.
When I move the hydralever to the middle the arms do drop so I can use a plow or other ground engaging equipment.
According to the manual the response position is to work in tandem with the draft control. If I understand correctly, draft control is for depth and response control is for adjusting float if the plow, for instance, hits a rock or stump. I am confused about why the arms go all the way up when lever is moved to bottom of range. Any ideas? Thanks.
