Davis D-100 backhoe on MF135

Has anyone mounted a Davis (Case) D-100 backhoe or similar on a MF135 3 point hitch.

All information and advice will be appreciated.

I doubt if the 3 point is man enough for mounting a backhoe. You will need some form of axle mounting brackets to have the rigidity and strength needed. Have a look at the way the hoe is mounted on an industrial MF 40 or even 202 It will give you some ideas.

if thats any help ?

Thanks To Many Irons! That is exactly the info that I need, in pictures which I understand.

I see how upper braced attach both to the tractor at the FEL frame and to the backhoe, however I am not clear how the lower part of the backhoe is attached to the tractor.

The frame of my hoe is only 35 inches wide while yours appears wider. Maybe mine isn't a D100 after all.

Thanks again for your help.

Once the frame is in place there are 4 pins which hold the backhoe to the back of the tractor, two on the lower frame "arms" which bolt below the loader frame and two on the top arms. It is designed to be easy to install and remove. On a good day I can have mine off in about 10 minutes (maybe less on a REALLY good day), don't even ask about a bad day!

to_many_irons, do you use the 3pt on your 202? I just got mine working and I removed the backhoe frame arms but in looking at it with an implement in place I almost think I could have left them on. Not only for ease of putting the backhoe back on but for extra weight. I have to find some wheel weights.

My backhoe is a 220 Davis which I think is what to_many_irons has if I'm not mistaken.

i all so do better with pics . i dont explain very good .
