Couple Questions.... ID air cleaner and engine

First question, what would this be off of? im thinking its massey...

Next i found a power unit and it was made for/by IH but i was told it uses a conential engine and some parts may interchange on a MH pony, Is this true?

Air cleaner looks like one from a continental flat head, maybe N62 or Y91, Massey Harris Pony or Pacer, but I think mounting bolt holes are different spacing between the two engines.

The sheet metal on that engine is International.
