Checking from the UK Operator's manuals and US service manuals for the 100 Series it is clearly stated that 100 Series tractors use an Automatic Transmission fluid irrespective of the temperature as follows; MF 135 Overseas All Temps; Castrol ATF BP Autran DX Esso Auto Trans Fluid (Dexron) Mobil Mobilfluid ATF 220 Shell ATF Dextron. In all probability the 2135 will have the same PAS system as the 135 but if there is a difference for 'industrial' use I accept that. My first posting qualifies that ATF would 'normally' be used. You have forgot more about MF tractors than I have learned. The model number didnt mean anything to me, so I just stated what my 1983 model MF-690 called for.
