| A bit more info would be a help.
Will it raise without anything on the linkage? Has it gradually lost hydraulic power, or did it fail all of a sudden? Is the PTO shaft still turning when it's engaged? Please let me know,

| Hi Evan, the tractor has been sitting for awhile and when he got it running, the three point will not raise with nothing on it. The tractor belongs to my cousin and I have not seen the pto shaft turning. I have asked him and he has not replied
