thanks guys for info on push button starter button.
the wire going from key switch to push button was broke.
somewhere along the line someone had done some wiring and cut some wires to short that and had them wrapped around other wires and all tangled up.
i have told tall kid many times when wiring something or hooking up a computer don't make a rats nest.
you know how that pees me off in 2 seconds flat.
