Hello! I posted a Wanted To Buy ad, but thought I"d check in here to see if anyone knows where I can find the Criswell book, without paying $250 for one on e-Bay! Any advice or leads are greatly appreciated! |

This book is out of print, which would explain the high prices. Good Luck!

Even though it is out of print, they are pretty easy to come by at Toy Shows for a reasonable price.

I found one for $50. thats normally what they sell for at toy shows. Sometimes you can find them at auctions and they go fairly cheap.

This book has every single pedal tractor built from the Red Coffin John Deere, all the way up to the pedal tractors built in the mid 1980's along with some of the custom pedals that have been built such as the caterpillar crawler, gleaner combine, and other tractors. the book is orders by brand and then in order of how the pedals where released. It also gives descriptions of the colors, wheels, rims, and a value based on condition for each pedal tractor. Real nice book. almost all pedal tractor sellers have one and they still use it today when pricing older pedal tractors.
