4020 Carb

I am looking for a carb kit and float for a USX-37 carb off an 4020. All I have found so far is a pricey float. Tis is one of the big aluminum carbs.
 
Do yourself a BIG favor and use it for a door stop. Go get a Zenith cast iron carb.
I am not one to give up on anything and have alot of carb. rebuilding experience. I'm here to tell you that MS pos off our 4020 is the only thing I ever gave up on and glad I did ! I was real lucky to find a good deal on a Zenith to rebuild and try as at that time I was unsure how bib a differance it could make.
 
JD lists lots of different ones. I happened upon one that the numbers matched a 3010 or 3020 ? can't remember which. Someone had put a manual load adjustment in it. I could not figure why JD had so many different ones ? The engines are the same bore and stroke just 2 more cylinders ? I tried it and it works GREAT !
