In my 4240 I have my gps console mounted behind the side console and my auto steer etc, mounted up to the right of the dash. All cables run down through a 1.5" hole I drilled through the mat at front at dash, then through a hole drilled in the floor. There is a removable floor panel under the clutch pedal somewhere there too. Rout cables under the floor and mount on the back. VERY clean install. I used to use the hole behind the seat, this is way better. Gps ant cables then go up behind the black outer cab corners to under roof then out where you need them.
